Shipping Methods and Lead Times
All orders are shipped via sea freight (FCL/LCL) or air freight depending on order volume and urgency. Standard production lead time is 15-55 business days after order confirmation and deposit receipt, depending on product type and order volume.
Sample orders are shipped via DHL/FedEx/UPS, dispatched within 7 days.
Shipping Terms
We offer FOB as standard. CIF and DDP terms are available upon request. Shipping costs are calculated based on order volume, destination, and selected Incoterm.
Customs and Import Duties
Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless DDP terms are agreed upon. We provide all necessary export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin.
Packaging
All products are individually packaged in custom cartons with foam protection. Palletized loading is standard for container shipments. Neutral packaging or custom branded packaging is available for OEM orders.
Order Tracking
We provide shipment tracking numbers and documentation within 48 hours of dispatch. Our logistics team monitors all shipments and provides proactive updates on delivery status.
