Our four-model lineup covers everything from a 2.6 kg backpack-friendly unit for weekend camping to a 31.85 kg wheeled trolley that powers construction tools and food trucks. All models use PC/V0 flame-retardant plastic housings (the 3000W uses industrial sheet metal), carry UN38.3 certification for international shipping, and include built-in LED work lights.

BF-PPS-300W — Compact 300W

The lightest unit in our lineup at 2.6 kg. Designed for day trips, drone charging, laptop power, and lightweight camping setups. Fits in a backpack. Wireless charging pad built into the top surface.

BF-PPS-600W — Mid-Range 600W

The workhorse for extended camping trips, outdoor photography, and small-event power. 576Wh capacity handles 12V fridge operation, continuous laptop use, and multi-device charging. The built-in 70W AC charger accepts both 110V and 220V input — one unit works worldwide.

BF-PPS-1500W — High Power 1500W

The first model in our lineup that handles power tools and small kitchen appliances. 1152Wh capacity with five simultaneous charging inputs — XT60 fast charger (400W), DC adapter, car charger, solar panel, and PD 100W. The dual PD output (30W + 100W) charges two laptops simultaneously.

BF-PPS-3000W — Ultra Power 3000W

Our largest unit — a rolling power station built for job sites, outdoor events, food trucks, and off-grid installations. Sheet metal construction (not plastic) for industrial durability. Telescoping handle and wheels for one-person transport despite the 31.85 kg weight. 3045Wh capacity runs power tools, cooking equipment, and LED lighting for extended shifts.

Pair the BF-PPS-1500W with 120W solar panels for a daily energy budget that covers lighting, communications, and small appliances. The BF-PPS-3000W with 500W solar input handles larger installations including power tools and cooking equipment.

The BF-PPS-3000W replaces noisy, fume-producing gas generators for interior work and noise-sensitive job sites. 3000W handles angle grinders (700-1400W), drills, and power tools up to 2000W alongside work lights. The trolley design rolls across rough terrain. Sheet metal housing withstands job site conditions that would crack plastic enclosures.

Order 1-2 sample units to test in your environment. Sample shipping worldwide via DHL/FedEx. We recommend testing solar charging, AC output under load, and runtime at your target use case. Sample cost applies toward your first bulk order.

Step 3: Bulk Order and Production

Confirm specifications, quantity, packaging, and branding requirements. We issue a proforma invoice. Payment: T/T 40% deposit, 60% balance before shipment (or as agreed in the contract). Production lead time: 15-35 days for standard models, 25-55 days for OEM/custom orders. Lead time depends on order specifications and quantity.

Step 4: Quality Inspection and Shipping

Every production batch undergoes 100% functional testing — AC output verification, battery capacity test, BMS protection test, and LED function check. We send QC photos and test reports before packing. Third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas) welcome at our factory. We handle export documentation including UN38.3 certificates, MSDS, and customs paperwork.
