How We Work: Custom Design Process
Smart poles are not catalog products. Every project goes through our engineering design process to ensure the right configuration, the right aesthetics, and the right budget.
Step 1: Project Requirements
Share your site details — location, pole count, road width, desired functions, aesthetic preference (C or T series), and any municipal standards or carrier requirements. Our engineering team responds within 48 hours.
Step 2: Engineering Design
We produce a 3D rendering of your configured pole showing all selected modules in their mounting positions. You see exactly what the finished pole looks like before committing to production. Revisions are unlimited at this stage.
Step 3: Itemized Quotation
We provide module-by-module pricing — pole structure, each functional module, controller, cables, and installation hardware listed separately. You can add or remove modules to hit your budget target without renegotiating the entire project.
Step 4: Production
After approval, production takes 30-60 days depending on pole count and module complexity. Poles are factory pre-assembled with all modules installed and tested. We send progress photos and QC reports during production.
Step 5: Shipping and Documentation
FOB or CIF/DDP to your port. Poles are shipped with protective packaging on flatbed containers. We provide complete documentation: structural drawings, electrical schematics, installation manuals, module operation guides, and certification packages.
Step 6: Installation Support
We provide detailed installation drawings with foundation specifications, cable routing plans, and module connection diagrams. For large projects, our engineering team is available for on-site installation guidance.
